    Honestly, I bought this for my husband. He is a health care provider and washes his hands constantly. His poor hands are so dry, chapped and unsightly. We are always on the hunt for a good smelling and effective cream. So far hubby likes this one. It smells good and is keeping his hands moist and comfortable.

    Overwhelming Fragrance.

    I love ILEM's products, except for this hand cream. The cream does phenomenal things for my hand skin. I gave 5 stars for that. However, it has an overwhelming fragrance that I can't stand. I wish they had "Free Fragrance" for this cream. Free fragrance should be the selection of all the products.
