    We do not presently provide international shipping outside of USA. Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you are unable to sign for your delivery, please recommend a substitute, such as a family member, co-worker, neighbour, etc. However, the company accepts no responsibility for items signed by a third party. To finalise delivery, some courier partners may require an OTP. This must be given in order for the delivery to be completed. OTP will be given to the phone number used while placing the order. Following a last round of quality inspection at our warehouse, products are packed and carefully delivered to our dependable delivery partners. You acknowledge that after our system has processed your order, the items will be thoroughly examined to make sure they are in good condition. Your order's shipping costs will be computed and shown to you at checkout. To clients in USA, we now charge a fixed cost for all domestic shipping. In the future, this could alter. Free shipping offers or thresholds for free shipment on purchases exceeding a particular amount may be made for certain campaigns and marketing goals. In order to accommodate shorter travel times, we could provide additional shipping alternatives in the future.

  • Delivery

    Shipping and order processing timeframes are given separately at the checkout. Following receipt of your order confirmation email, all orders are handled within 1 to 2 business. A second notice will be sent to you once your order has been despatched. After that, one of our delivery partners will deliver the package to you as soon as feasible. If our delivery partners have problems finding your home or experience an unexpected delay, they may get in touch with you.   • Refunds, Returns, And Exchanges

Returning the item you now own and then making a new purchase for the desired item after the return has been approved is the quickest approach to ensure that you receive what you want. No cash refunds are permitted.

  • Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

    We do not accept opened/used/expired merchandise for return. As well as, products with missing or damaged original packing, such as price tags, labels, tampered packaging, complimentary gifts, and other accessories.Product exchanges due to allergic/skin reactions are not permitted. Product exchanges are not permitted for reasons such as personal distaste of the product, hatred of the aroma, or dislike of colour, etc, that cannot be supported by proof of quality faults with the product itself.
